I had bariatric surgery in July so I looked into this a little bit and here's what's on my short list
In AK:
Satul'i Canteen has kid bowls but you don't get the sauce with them. You may or may not care.
Flame tree BBQ has french fries with pulled pork and cheese (hey you did not say healthy lol)
not QS but Nomad Lounge has small plates and doesn't require ADR, if I were solo I'd be hitting that up
in MK:
BoG kid's pork is like the adult's size but it comes with sweet potatoes rather than mashed regular potatoes... they also have shrimp and meatloaf that i have seen decent reviews on.
Caseys has a regular size hot dog in addition to jumbo and I believe you can order without fries
Pinocchio's has kid sized flatbreads
Columbia Harbor House has soup you can have as an entree or kid sizes of the fish and chicken breast nuggets offered on the adult menu, and you can sub sides if you want
in Epcot:
sunshine seasons has kids caesar salad with chicken, mongolian beef, turkey meatloaf with green beans, salmon with green beans and rice, chicken drumstick with rice
France has a lot of yummy looking smaller portioned things, no specific kid menu
Germany has a brat with chips, not a huge portion
Japan has kid size teryaki meals, you can also get an order of sushi
Mexico has a kid portion of empanadas con queso
China has kid size sweet and sour chicken and an egg roll/potsticker combo for kids
in HS:
ABC commissary has kid sized cheeseburger and turkey sandwich
Backlot Express has kid's size chicken and waffles
Min & Bills has kid's pulled pork slider and also nachos with chili and cheese
PizzeRizzo has a kid sized pizza and chicken sub
Also Hollywood Brown Derby has a lounge with small plates, I'd be hitting that up too
