ok so will be first visit to dlp in a long time and my sisters family first ever disney trip

for some reason i cant put my finger on i dont like the dlp website for booking

anyway my first question is about parking
is there a fee ? and do guests staying at davy crockett ranch have to pay ?

do you have to make adrs ?

do you have to make fast pass bookings?

where can i find park hours ( aug) ?

If you're staying at a Disney hotel (DCR included) then I don't think you have to pay for parking. You get a pass.

ADRs aren't the stress like WDW. If there's somewhere you really don't want to miss then maybe call a week or two before you go. X

FPs are the paper ticket system you collect on the day.

Park hours aren't out yet. But there's a website called DLRPguide which will have last years saved and you can get a good idea from those.

Frozen summer fun isn't an extra ticketed event.

is there a fee ? and do guests staying at davy crockett ranch have to pay ? If you are staying onsite including Davy Crocket Ranch then parking is free

do you have to make adds ? You don't have to make them as far in advance as WDW however if there is somewhere you really want to eat its worth booking in advance. You can book from a few weeks before (might be 60 days???) but most people don't book until a couple of weeks before or even when they arrive at City Hall or your hotel

do you have to make fast pass bookings? Fast Pass is like the old WDW system - paper passes booked on the day at the machines

I don't think park hours are out yet for August but most years the parks will be open from 10 - 11pm (opens at 8 for EMH )

thankyou

any other sites worth getting quotes from ?? only looked on the dlp one
with a eurotunnel booked separate

Worth trying the French official site and maybe Irish too?

Go to the bottom of the Official DLP page and it has a menu to change countries. I would imagine as Gill stated Disneyland Park will be open till 11pm in the summer due to Dreams which has to be dark to view it

just been reading the restaurant reviews thread ,is there anywhere on here i can see current menus and pricing like u can for wdw if not another website ?

Carrie has updated a lot of the menus on here recently and tries to keep them as up to date as possible
