QR question

I've tried signing up for QR today and keep getting error in processing. I can't figure out anything I'm doing wrong. Any QR experts that might have an answer or suggestion?

Hi KerTggr, I tried to click into some of the services and they are down right now, so I am guessing that is why you can not sign up. don't worry, I am sure it will be back up soon, if not Dmitry will see your post and help you out. He is very helpful (very personal service on this site!) You will like QR. It is my new favorite. Let me know, if I can be of any help to you. There is a forum, blog and FAQ once you get signed up also. If you like I can PM you a referral? maybe that would work better?
