QR - Help - I am SO confused (Click/Search)

As a newbie, I'm still feeling my way around the QR site. I am confused about the 1st listing on the Click/Search page: "Disney Shopping & Opinion Surveys (Daily Survey) Promo" After the 10% back and $1 for surveys explanation, it says, "(Once per 24 Hours) DailySignup - $10.00"

I'm confused by this. So is it like a chance to earn $10 IF you (#1) SHOP at disneyshopping.com AND (#2) IF you qualify for the survey?

Nope you don't earn $10. Our current QR site is very old (this is why the new one is coming out) and does not allow us to keep the promo on top of all other clicks without offering a higher value then the other offers. Since for the next big offer we have $7.50 cash back, we needed to make this one $1. This does not mean you getting $10 and I know it sounds and looks very confusing, but you have to deal with this just a little longer until the new QR is out.
