QR DD cashout was cancelled?

About a week ago I cashed in QR for $7.00 DD. This morning, the points are back in my account and my DD were cancelled. This was my first cash out. Can anyone explain why this might happen?

I would email Dmitry. He is really good at responding and very quick to fix something. I would not worry yet. Just give him an email asap.
