I realized my mistake after I entered the thread. I tried to go back and edit the title but it wouldn't let me. I think I tabbed through the fields too quickly and I forgot to change the date

Don't worry about it! I do medical transcription and am usually dealing with dates a few days in the past (sometimes weeks), so I have to keep checking what the correct date is!
