QR - 10% on DisneyShopping.com purchaces

So I purchased a BIG gift card from DisneyShopping.com in hopes of getting a nice 10% back from QR and cashing in for more Disney GCs. Once I receive them, I'll take those cards and make payments on my WDW vacation package for November since they're allowing that now. It's like getting an early 10% off your vacation. (Oh, and I must not forget that I made my purchase with my Disney VISA, so I'll get 1% rewards on the purchase as well.)

I'm freaking out a bit after reading some of the posts about clearing cookies! I've not done that in a while, and I didn't do it before I shopped just now. However, when I clicked on the DisneyShopping.com link from the QR site, I did notice the offer number and my email address in the address window of the screen that popped up just before it took me to the Disney Shopping site. Maybe I'm good.

I just noticed that too... I think I might have to order another GC as well! How do you use the GC to pay down your vacation? Does CRO now accept them as payment? Just curious because I'm going to be booking later this year

Yes they do! Go to http://www.disneygiftcard.com and read the FAQ. It's there, and it's exciting to me!

Wow! That's awesome This might be easier than trying to apply GC at the hotel front desk. Plus it's a bonus for me since I tend to misplace things so it's one less thing to worry about while on vacation!

AT FIRST, I made that mistake almost everytime I went to the site to sign in. I'd type in ".com" and hit "go" but then nothing would happen. I'm getting better about it now though.

I would think the whole month since it says: "Get 10% Cash Back for every single Disney order you place in February." Maybe Dmitry will see this and let us know for sure

I purchased some GCs last month and want to purchase at least another $500 but later in the month (when I have the money ) so I can apply them to my room before we go!! That will be an extra $50 towards DD or a GC at QR and an extra $5 in Disney Reward Dollars!!!

I'm in the same boat too so I'm glad that it's going on until the end of the month! I also want to get a couple more for the room and some for our tickets. Has anyone actually bought tickets at WDW using GC? I know the Dieny Gift Card site says that you can, but I'm always interested in hearing from DIS'ers.

I'm a little bummed as we JUST got back from disneyworld and missed this great 10% offer. We aren't going for two more years so I will just wait and hope next February I get the same deal. LOVE QR!!!

FYI: I was able to make a payment to my package with a Disney GC at www.disneyworld.com! I don't know if this is just because I booked my package online or what, but I did it. I remembered that I received a $50 Disney GC last November when I applied for the Disney Rewards VISA. I just used it to knock $50 off my package total!

Counting the $50 Disney GC from Chase, a $25 Disney GC from SR, and the $275.00 Disney GCs I plan to earn through QR, I will have knocked $350.00 off my November trip - and all without having to call for discounts!
