Thinking it might be a fun game for my 12yr old. I see they have many different ones - thinking the handheld? can u recommend one and where would be the best place to purchase it?

These games are so much fun! DD's love to try to "stump" it. We got the original one yrs and yrs ago, then ended up getting the smaller circle version couple yrs ago as an extra.

I recommend just a basic one, not a "themed" one to start with.. and you can buy them pretty much anywhere. They're usually in with the toy sections.

I got the small round handheld at Target after Christmas 75% off I think it was like $3.74, it was fun and amazing what it can do. One of those things that you use a few times and forget.

We have a basic round one and a Disney round one. Both are fun, great to keep in the car.

Lots of fun! I remember when my DS was younger, he wouldn't even whisper what he was thinking. He was convinced the gadget could hear him. How else could it get it right everytime??

We got ours at Walmart, I think. The kids LOVE to try to stump it. Amazing how often it guesses correctly!

DS is getting the disney one for Christmas. We have had several over the years. They are so fun. Perfect for travel.
