Hello
I'm half way through my weight loss journey - 11lbs lost, 9lbs to go. I started Slimming World mainly with my trip in mind (2 weeks today til we fly to WDW) so that I can indulge! However now I don't really want to sabotage the weight I've lost too much.
What strategies do you employ when visiting Florida, apart from the obvious of avoiding the bakeries and Dole Whips (willpower permitting
)? We're on DDP and I know I can get fruit salads and will be able to make reasonable choices. There will be lots of walking, so maybe I'll be OK???
