We are looking at using Connections Vouchers for the first time. Please let me know your best meal deal using Connections Vouchers IN THE PARKS. We are serious park commandos, so we rarely go to resorts to eat.

Thanks for your working knowledge -- you all are the best!!!:Pinkbounc :Pinkbounc :Pinkbounc :Pinkbounc :Pinkbounc

I think the best deals are available outside the parks - Pepper Market and Beaches and Cream. You could walk to Beaches and Cream one day when you were at EPCOT - it is a quick walk.

I know this isn't exactly what you were looking for, but here are how we used the $11.25 vouchers:

Pepper Market:
Ribeye Steak, baked potato, grilled veggies ($17.95)
Drink - Coke ($1.95)
Cheesecake w/strawberries ($3.95)

Beaches and Cream:
Prime Rib Sub ($10.99)
Onion Rings ($3.99)
Coke ($1.99)
Fudge Mud Slide ($7.99)

Feb 2003 Trip...

Tangerine Cafe in EPCOT:
Saffron Chicken 10.95
Marinated Olives 1.95
Soda 1.95
Dessert ? TOTAL WAS ABOUT 15-17.00

Plaza Pavillion in MK:
Chicken Strips 6.49
Salad 2.19
Soda 1.99
Brownie 2.19 TOTAL WAS ABOUT 13.00

One of the best deals available is at Beaches and Cream and is a short walk from the World Show Case entrance (Near UK) to the Beach Club. We did this...

Lime Rickey 2.59
Grilled Prime Rib Sub 10.99
Fudge Mud Slide 7.99 TOTAL WAS ABOUT 22.00

There is a lot of great deals and most of the good restrauants are in Epcot... The food at Plaza Pavillion was poor and the birds are very abusive so do not go there... I was unimpressed with the Prime Rib sub at Beaches and Cream and I would not order it again. I get spoiled going to the full service and the counter service is OK for the most part... Hope this helps.

I would say Beaches and Cream as well. We had two vouchers last year, and it fed four people easily.

Remember there is a 6.5% tax as well on the bill, even if a tip is not included. So don't forget to add that in.

Tangierine cafe looks like a good deal as well.

If you really want, look on www.wdwig.com Under Dining, there are menus with prices for every restaurant conceivable.

We used out vouchers a couple of times at Beaches and Cream, but also used them at Hurrican Hannah's at the Beach Club pool. We used them at the cosmic cafe in tomorrowland and as it wasn't a REAL big savings, it did save us 1.50 and they were prepaid. The kids also used them at the pizza place in MGM and really liked it, I think that was the pizza place. We also got the vouchers at the animal kingdom and they were a good buy. BAsically the popcorn, or ice cream, and water is free that you get after the meal.
