Q about Orbitz/cheaptickets

Right now they have a good price for 5 day hoppers.
Fine print reads:
Book by March 31, 2015 and travel by August 30, 2015.

If I go to the ticket window before August 30, and redeem my voucher for actual tickets, would I be able to use them at a later date?

Wondering if I should stock up on 5 day hoppers
