Back in 1997, we stayed in Moorea (which was later named Tahiti and now again Moorea) on the third floor, second room from the end towards the pool. I think we paid about $300 a night for our room (we stayed nine nights) with the Magic Kingdom Club discount. We had five of us in the room. We had two queen beds and a real twin sized day bed.

If we booked that same room now for cash, it would cost us $6100 plus tax, tickets, food, etc. I think we spent about $5000 for that trip (plus our purchase of OKW points).

This is all so crazy.

Excellent work! Printed off a copy already!

Thank you!

Is it my imagination or is the kitchen super small?

While the studios are ok price-wise/point-wise, but the bungalows may as well be the Cinderella castle suite for what they're asking.

The bungalow picture shows only one bed in each bedroom. Is this a mistake? Most two bedrooms have a bedroom with a king size bed and a bedroom with two queen size beds.

Don't think it's a mistake. The 2nd bedroom in the bungalow has the queen bed and a pull down bunk.

I find them more similar to a treehouse (minus the 3rd bedroom).

You can see the outline of the murphy bed in the second bedroom and the living room.

The bungalow is fairly small overall. That 1093 sq ft includes the outside deck and pool area. In reality what you have is a room that internally is about the size of an AKV value 2BR (945 sq ft) for which you will be paying more points per night than the VGF GV which is 3 times larger. And you have to be among the uber-rich just to be able to buy a week in adventure season

These are just ridiculous... I mean the studios are VGF pricing... I love the poly but it should visit the same as VGF, IMHO. But the bungalows... I mean, a week costs 150-230k roughly. Just ridiculous.

Do we know if the bed is a Q or a K in the studios?

$6.02 per point MF's!

Wow. No subsidizing this time apparently.

I thought Disney wanted to use DVC to pay for resort costs but with the high number of points I wasn't expecting it to be quite so high to start.
