OMG, why does this have to be so hard??? I have been working on creating my photo book from the Disney website for over an hour now and I am only on page 2. It never saves any of the edits that I make to my photos even though I have tried saving them several times. I think at this point, I am going to have to scrap my first album and create a totally new album. Will it show my edited photos then????

This whole experience has been pretty reminiscent of the problems I have had with the Disney website all along. It is glitchy and takes forever to download. It is not intuitive - at least not to me. Maybe I should just stick to Shutterfly, but I really like the patterns, borders, stickers, etc. on the Disney site. Any one else have problems using the website to create a photo book???

Count me in that group.

I can't get the screen to scroll down so that I can actually see the pictures to add them to the pages. I just barley see the tops of the photos and no way to scroll down to see the rest. Grrrrrrrrrrrr! :headache:

Well, I'm glad it is not just me! I had that same problem too with not being able to see the photos. I went to my personalization settings in my computer's control panel and selected small icons. Now everything is teeny tiny, but at least I can see the photos. Just barely.

I had very similar problems editing the pictures; many times the changes I made were not saved. I just worked at it until I got too frustrated, then downloaded the ones that did work, and went back at it another day. It was slower downloading in "groups" but I did get it done eventually.

I finished our memory book tonight. YAY! :cool1:

In doing so, I accidentally found a way to see all of the tiny icons and all of my pictures!!

This probably won't help the OP (I have no fix for their glitchy-at-times-frustratingly-slow-inconsistant systems issues other than :badpc:) but might help others:

Set your internet browser to FULL SCREEN. In Firefox, just click the menu bar on the top right (the link with three horizontal lines stacked on top of each other). Then click on "Full Screen." In Internet Explorer, find the "Tools" link (probably on the upper right), click on it, then click on "Full Screen." There are also shortcut "Function" keys you can use on most keyboards as well, but that may vary. To get out of "Full View" (assuming you want to), just hover the cursor close to the top of the screen and the menus pop back up. Just follow the same steps above to turn "full screen" off.

Once you see the icons and pictures, you can click on the double arrows on the right of the row, and it will stack everything into two rows instead of having to just view single rows only.

I also discovered that I should click the "Save" button OFTEN. You should especially click on "Save" link before you download any pictures into Memory Maker from your computer or other device. The first time I tried this, it made me login again after it finished downloading the pictures and the previous two pages I had worked on (without clicking save first) were gone. :scared1:

Hope this helps a few of those out there having the same issues...
