Putting together an Itinerary

We're going Aug 26 -31 spending 27-31 in parks.

We want to do MK, AK, Epcot, MGM, last day to revisit whatever.

we have PS for 50's day of MGM
Dinner for the 28th at Whispering Canyon
Dinner for our first night at Chef Mickeys

Any other suggestions? Is there a certain way to tour the parks? We plan on using Fastpass, being there early in the AM taking a break and going back.

If you haven't read the "Unofficial Guide" yet, I would highly recommend it. As long as you're not the kind of person who would get a "plan" and not be flexible with it, it's really the best way to get to know what to do when.

Also - I learned a lot from reading trip reports. The ones I read the most were on mouseplanet.com. You can search for trip taken the same time of year with similar group size/age kids, etc. When you read the "play by play" narration, you can get a feel for what can be done in a day. They can also be quite entertaining.
