Putting pics in "My Pictures"?

When I post I see the "My Pictures" link but I cannot figure out how to put any pics there. Help anyone? Thanks!

look about 1/8 down -

sometimes this site requires you to register - sometimes it is okay with the dis.

so be prepared to register. to be able to upload.

you have to make most of your pictures smaller
