Putting a hold on a room

My DSL put a hold on two rooms the last day of the free dining package. They may not be able to go now. Would it be possible to put one of the rooms in my name? She doesn't pay the deposits until next week. I wasn't near a computer at the time and didn't think we could go. It's that the way it always is???? Thanks to anyone that can help

I'd call Disney and see if they can change one of the reservations. Their system may cancel them both if they see two under the same name.

Have her call CRO and see if she can add your name on the reservation. You should be able to check in if your name is on the reservation.
