hiya, does anyone know how much pushchair rental is at DLP?

i have 2 young kids (9 months and 2 years) who need pushchairs, i do have 2 single pushchairs but would prefer to leave one or both of them at home and rent one/two while there.

thanks!

Summer 2007 it was €6.50 per pushchair :)
There are no double pushchairs so you will need two adults.
The pushchairs do not recline.

Pushchair hire is free with a Dream AP. I'm assuming the following applies to pushchairs also, as we hired a wheelchair from the same place. You have to leave a deposit refundable on return (€150 for the wheelchair, not sure how much for pushchairs). We kept the chair for the duration of our stay, they give you a slip of paper which you 'may' be asked to show on exiting the park - we didn't have to show it at all, but kept it handy just in case.

Allow a fair amount of time when returning the chair as there can be a bit of a queue at the end of the day, you can't just leave it as you have to get your deposit back (they take cash or credit cards by the way).

Hope this helps.

Forgot to mention, it's a bit crushed around the pushchair hire booth, it might be less hectic if one of you sorts out the hire while the other occupies the kids. This might not apply at quiet times, but the parks weren't particularly crowded when we were there and you couldn't move sideways in the booth area without hitting a frayed nerve.

Great tip :)

One we use is keep your family name ticket. That way each day you'll save a bit of time.
As a Dream annual passport holder it means I can bypass the till counter and pick up a buggy straight away :)

The pushchairs are 3 wheeler type ones now..inflatable tyres as far as I could see!...slightly comfier than the ones that resembled a wheelchair before!;) I would personally take my own...they don't recline.

They had quite a few of these in the summer, but a number of families preferred the older style since it had the drop down "boogie" board so that an older child could stand.
The new style doesn't have this :)

Thats great having the two different ones, never seen the old style ones at all though, maybe everyone was trying out the newer ones for some weird reason!:confused3 ....

Then again I do wear glasses for a reason!:rotfl:

I wouldn't be surprised to find that most have been replaced by the newer style since we last used these July 07 :)

right! i think i might just take our two single pushchairs then, it seems as though it will make things easier with regards to the whole 'standing in the queue just for a buggy' thing *roll*

thank you very much for your help guys!!!!!!!!!!!!!
