It's Disney magic, nothing else to it.
The rotfl smiley is frozen, so it's a sideways pink laughing circle thing. 
he also went up to man taking pics of him and was like are you the poperotsi? Then he was like wait get my good side and was posing for the man. He's a lot of fun to interact with and does have a great scense of humor 
that is so cool.
Push is awesome my sister had a lanyard with a few pins and push was like I will trade you a dirty diaper for a pin then kept fallowing her around until he saw a lady that was in a wheelchair and he went up to her and said hey fellow racer lets have a race ready set go then him and the lady took off full speed and push was making car noises the whole time then everyone started to laugh
