PUSH may be leaving tomorrowland

Assuming there are no patent/rights issues that this guy may own?

Certainly a consideration. But I'd bet on Disney's lawyers over the little guy every time. Especially in this case where I'm sure they can find lots of "prior art" (as the legal types say) that would invalidate any patent.
 
Does anyone know if it is just WDW affected by this? I believe most other Disney parks around the world also had their own PUSH?
 
I have to wonder if part of this (meaning the "loss of the little things") is due to the fact that people moreso than ever are walking around totally distracted by their own things like phones and ipads and trying to follow schedules.

I would probably agree with this most people are distracted or don't pay attention to these things. As for us major Disney fans we notice these little things more than the average park guest.
