Purple Pirate Trunk vs. Cyan Ariel

Okay so.......

A while back I had the chance to get a cyan ariel. I was told by many people that it was worth a (blue) Stitch hat. With this knowledge, I accepted a large trade offer that included the cyan. I have no interest in it and accepted it with the sheer intent of trading it.

I have tried trading it many times and have never gotten offers even close to stitch. Even by the same people who told me that was its value.

I have just received an offer of a purple pirate treasure trunk for my cyan ariel.

How do these 2 items compare in value?

I would say that cyan ariel is worth more - the treasure chest has been released in quests.

Keep the Cyan! I had a Purple Trunk (Which was available through Host yard sales) and it did not bring good trade value.

I agree with the others I think cyan ariel is worth more than purple trunk

they are both very close in value tho. Cyan is more desired because of the reasons people listed. BUT in all fairness, the purple was much more valued before it was in limited quests and the yard sale. It wasnt released enough in reality to go lower than the cyan.

But perception is what matters in vmk when it comes to value and people put more value on the cyan.
