Purple Parking at Heathrow

Hi

Has anyone used the Meet and Greet Purple Parking at Heathrow?
You can book through the Virgin Flying club and get 5% discount and 500 airmiles and its a great price but can anyone comment on what the service is like and how it works?

Also has anyone stayed at the Jurys Inn Heathrow Hotel and can anyone tell me their experiences?

My Brother uses Meet and greet with no problems but this is my experience with their regular service just copied it from another forum I posted it on. Used Purple parking last time, never again. They lost our keys had to bring us back to Yorkshire in a minibus. While in office they were also dealing with another family with lost keys and 3 damaged cars. This was Oct 06, hopefully they have improved

We used the meet and greet at Heathrow last year without any problems and have used them several times at Gatwick, they are always there waiting for us.

What happens if your return flight is delayed and you have a specified time to meet the chauffeur to collect your car?

This has happened to us more than once.... we had a 6hr delay in January, we did call them before we left Orlando and they said no problem and to just give them a call once we arrive.

When you book you give them the time your plane lands so they have a rough idea what time your coming in, but they don't leave for the airport until you call them once you've cleared customs. ( we call them once we get to the baggage claim area, so they are always there waiting for us)

We've had a few delays of a couple of hours and it's never been a problem.
