Purex detergent/softener sheets?

Have you used the all in one Purex detergent/fabric softener sheets?

I'm wondering if the softener will have any kind of bad effect on bathing suits?

I don't normally put bathing suits in the dryer , so can I use the sheet in the washer and hang the suits to dry?

Have you found any kind of residue or discoloration on dark bathing suits?

It would be a real budget buster to have to replace bathing suits for the entire family, if this is the wrong product to wash them in.

I have used the 3-in-1 sheets on bathing suits and had no problem with them going through the dyer. I have a dark blue suit and never noticed any discoloration because of them.

I haven't had any problems, but if you're worried about it, why not hand-wash just your swimsuits?

I always travel with a small shampoo bottle of liquid laundry detergent, just in case I need to wash out some undies; it would do for suits, too.

I haven't used those detergent/softener sheets, but I do use the regular Purex fabric softener in the washer and just washed my suit and it came out fine. I wouldn't recommend putting swimsuits in the dryer, that will ruin them. I always hang our suits up to dry.

When I travel I use the Purex sheets and we stay in a timeshare with a washer/dryer- no problems using the sheets in the washer. I don't put swimsuits in the dryer. I bought these clips for when I travel to dry things...

If you stay in a place that has the white wire racks in the closets- they fit on perfect.

We use the Purex sheets as well, but haven't tried them on swimsuits. We usually take 2 swimsuits along, along with travel size packets of tide. When we're done with one set, we'll wash them and hang them out to dry. We have the extra set to use while the other dries, and alternate.

Just returned from Florida and I loved those sheets. I just hung my bathing suits after using the sheets in the washer and transferred the sheet and the remainder of my clothes to the dryer, no problems at all!
