Purchasing WebCams - I need some help please

I am in charge of researching webcams for our office. They will be purchased to take the place of our over 15 year old video cameras for training purposes. Our trainees record at least 3 sessions with their clients via video right now and we have seen some other places are now going to webcam technology.

I'm looking for some reputable sites to either order or research the various degrees of webcams. We need higher quality than just the webcams that are used for porn or other home use.

If anyone can help me I would deeply appreciate it.
