Purchasing tickets?

I am going in March but was wondering about the adults pay for kids price. Can I wait until 2 weeks before and phone and buy my tickets and have them at the 'will call' window? I think I read some where that the 'adults pay for the kids price' will end after a certain amount of tickets are sold, is this true? If it is I will pay the $20 shipping to Canada but I would rather spend the $20 IN the park.

The rate ends on a certain date (4/27 being the last day IIRC).. it's not dependent on the number of tickets sold. So you are fine waiting until closer to your vacation and just doing a will call.
