Purchasing park tickets through CAA and MDE

I posted this question on the main ticket thread, but I didn't want it to get lost in the shuffle. If you physically got the exchange certificates from CAA, is there a number on the certificates for linking to MDE?

Yes. I spoke to a CSR at Disney last week and he said if I had any trouble linking them online, to just give them a call.

I purchased a ticket recently from CAA. Linked exchange certificate/card easily in MDE, and also booked FP+ on it with no issues.

I had major issues linking ours online and had to go through Disney who also had difficulty linking them up. All is good now thanks to Disney's IT Dept.
