Purchasing park passes and dining package

I have rented points for a DVC property. I would like to purchase 4 park hopper passes with the dining option. When should I purchase these items?
Are these purchased through the DVC owner? Thank you in advance for any help provided. Cedar.

The owner that you rented from would need to add the dining plan to the reservation. All people listed on the reservation must be on the same plan for all nights. You would pay for it at check-in. This must be done at least 48 priors to your check-in date. The dining plan on DVC reservations does not require a ticket purchase. You would need to purchase your tickets seperately. You can get them from Disney.com, at the resort or any authorized ticket seller.
