Purchasing Motorhome

Our family has recently decided to purchase a new, or newer to us, class A. We currently own an older Class C.

Currently we are looking at the Coachmen Mirada 35BH and the Georgetown Forester 351DS. Both are bunkhouse with drop-down bed. We need to sleep 8.

Does anyone have any positive or negatives about either coach? If buying new, what is a really good price? I have seen some some websites mention up to 35% off manufacturer price. Is that what I should try to purchase for, 35% off? These are both 2016.

I didn't use this approach when I bought my camper, but I have heard about many people using RV Direct (http://www.rvdirect.com/) to get a quote and then taking it to local dealers and see if they will price match.
