Hope it's okay to ask my own question about ticket on this thread instead of starting a whole new thread for a quick answer.. I see you can get 7 day and 10 day park hopping passes but can I get an 8 day one?????

No.

Tickets come in 1,2,3,4,5,6,7, and 10 days only. Unfortunately, you can't get an 8 or 9 pass. On the upside, a 10 day pass isn't that much more than a 7 day pass.
