Purchasing Gift cards and park admissions at Disney Store?

I think I read the answer to this somewhere in a thread before but I can't find it now.

Does anyone know if you can purchase gift cards at the Canadian Disney Stores? and secondly if you can, can the gift cards be used to purchase park tickets for Disney World?
