Will Disney still deliver your purchases from the parks or Downtown Disney to your resort when staying on-site?

always ask when they will be delivered. The one time I was going to do this at Downtown Disney and asked, they said the next day and by then we would of checked out if I had not asked. FYI

Yes, they will deliver them to your resort. Also, if you will be leaving before they are to be delivered, they will also hold the package for you at the front gate/guest relations. Some store will also hold them behind the counter for a couple of hours. Just ask, they are always happy to help.

However they no longer deliver to your room, you have to pick packages up at a resort store. They do still deliver to rooms in concierge.

Here's a tip regarding those big ride photos. We had one get creased somehow before it made it back to our resort. Then we had a big disappointment with a TT photo. We opened it the next day in our room to look at how brave we all were.....no photo. The holder was there, but no picture. We headed back to the park, but you can only get the pic reproduced if it's before closing - then they are deleted from their system. They offered us a front of the line ride and everything to retake it - only problem was my kid already took a vow of NEVER again!!
Lesson learned here - either verify that the pic is in the bag before it's closed up to get sent to the resort....or carry it yourself! Normally I would have asked to look at it first, but the CM was in a mood.
