I was sweeping and mopping today and she attacked the broom and than the mop!! too funny...she was growling and trying to bite it than when she couldn't get a hold of the mop she ran to her blanket and started to chew on it and really messing it up..the growling and shaking it with her teeth and her head going ninety to nothing...:lmao::lmao:

we have only had her for 3 weeks now and she is still doing things that are so dang funny..yesterday she saw her shadow and getting mad b/c she couldn't catch it and somehow flipped and hit her head on the floor..:confused3 :rotfl:

it was funny but i holding her and laughing at the same time telling her she was alright...watching her is better than tv :happytv:

Too cute :goodvibes
Your puppy and I would get along famously. I hate the broom and the mop too! :)

My almost 12 month old puppy still has to go in his crate when I sweep/mop! He goes absolutely nuts going after them - and now he's so big that I can't get anything done!

The vacuum is another story - he really hates the canister vac (higher pitched and louder) and goes as far away into the corner of the kitchen as he can go when ever its on. We used to take him out on the leash when we were using it because he's sit there and shake! Now he's braver, and when I have the upright out, instead of cowering in the kitchen corner, he's actually coming after it and barking like crazy, jumping in front of it - he actually tries to herd the vacuum :lmao:. Gotta love him - seeing as how I'm vacuuming to clean up the fluffy innards from all the toys he destroys all over the house....

So far mine it's big enough to tare up her toys but I have a feeling she will when she get a little bigger the way she plays with them :rolleyes1

since she isn't very big I can get away with her being out while I do that stuff...but she cracks me up ..:rotfl2:

My seven-going-on-eight YEAR old "puppy" hate the broom and mop too, but there's nothing more upsetting to him than the vacuum cleaner. He hides in the basement or the yard the minute he sees it.

It actually has gotten so expensive buying dog toys that he eviscerates in a matter of minutes that we started digging into a garbage bag of old stuffed animals that had been destined for Salvation Army donation....we take anything that could choke him out ourselves (plastic eyes) and only give him ones that have fluff - not minibeans :scared1: inside and let him go.

I have a very sad looking Franklin the Turtle dead body looking at me right now...fluff is surrounding him :rotfl:

That is so funny! Our dog even in his old age hates the vacuum and the sound of grocery store bags...both will send him running! He is also known to sit under the kitchen table when it is thundering out.

Zoey can't get on the couch but it doesn't stop her from trying..she went to jump on the couch and the funny part is that she was too far back and leaped in front and landed on the floor in front of the couch...:lmao:

I don;t know what I'm going to do with her..:rotfl2:

Mine try to attack our vaccum-its a dyson so they can see the stuff flying around in it.

Be sure that she isn't chewing on a mop that might have harmful chemicals though. puppy=no fun.

Our dog would go NUTS on garbage day--all those evil, scary garbage cans taking over the neighborhood :lmao:.

Our dog does "puppy laps" as we call them. She will just out of the blue start running around the house.

For a while we were having problems getting her to go potty outside at night--she is afraid of the dark--so I would give her a treat every time she would go out her dog door without us telling her. For a couple nights she was doing really, really well going in and out of her door. Well, Dh went out in the back yard the next morning and found wrappers all over the back yard. She had been taking wrappers out of the garbage can in the kitchen and taking them outside to lick them AND getting a treat when she came back in. :lmao:

LOL My 6 y.o. "puppy" hates the broom & mop. LOL I think it's pretty funny, he leaves as soon as I pull them out. And since we have hardwood floors with 2 dogs and 2 cats I get the broom out a lot. LOL
