There is a thread going on at the CB about easy snacks to make so i figured i would share mine over here as well.
I love to make a easy recipe called "puppy chow", no its not dog food,it only looks like it
Puppy Chow
Crispy cereal squares covered in chocolate, peanut butter
and confectioners' sugar -- it's people chow. Prep Time:
approx. 15 Minutes. Ready in: approx. 15 Minutes. Makes 18
servings.

1 (17.5 ounce) package crispy
rice cereal squares ex.Crispix
1/2 cup butter
2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
3/4 cup peanut butter
4 cups confectioners' sugar
Directions
1 Pour cereal into a medium paper bag. In a medium
saucepan over medium heat, melt butter with chocolate chips and
peanut butter, stirring until smooth. Pour chocolate mixture
into bag with cereal, seal and shake well. Pour in
confectioners' sugar and shake well again. Store in an air tight container.
