Pulling Up Reservations Online

Has anyone else had trouble pulling up thier reservations online? I Just tried and it told me it couldn't pull them up .... Now I am worried since we have som really popular restaurants at GREAT times...

I have the e-mail confirmations from WDW, but should I call?

Are you sure you have the right phone number. Somehow I have different phone numbers on my reservation. It should show it on those emails. I was even able to pull up a phone reservation this morning I made for Hoop Dee Doo. That went under my home phone, when my other reservations went under my cell

make sure you are putting the confirmation number from the rest. and not the room. I didnt look at my email from dining and I kept putting in my resort confirmation thiinking that I would pull up all my adrs.

You are welcome. I think when we booked the reservations online it asked us for "number where you can be contacted at WDW" or something like that. So I must have put my cell phone. I would have thought it would attach to my home phone which is on the resort reservation I pulled up before booking.

But as usual Disney's IT system doesn't make any sense! Today I called Tech Support because they changed the online dining reservations to where you enter your resort reservation number AND you have to pick which resort you want. They don't have listed Bay Lake Towers so those who are staying there are not able to get the 90 +10 reservations and according to the Tech lady (who has been snickering a bit at all of us calling) said they don't know if it will be fixed soon. Which really stinks for those who are going to be trying for Christmas dining reservations.

Thank goodness they didn't screw that up for our Thanksgiving dates, although I can't change anything because I can't retrieve my reservation on the dining system. Disney has a screwy system! They need a bunch of Diser's to write their programs!

That would be nice. I'd like to have them all in one place to print out and take with.

The only way I know to get a print out is to have it printed out is at the customer service desk at the hotel.

I did get a printable listing. When you go in and do the reservations, it prompted you to fill in an e-mail address to have it sent to ....

I had it sent to both my work and my home e-mail address.

I have one copy for most of my ressies; one I had to change because I chose one signature restaurant and needed a table service restaurant. It was somewhat confusing, because the old ressie and the new one came up together on the list. I checked it and sure enough it was cancelled.

What is the link to pull up reservations without logging in (I can't log in)? For some reason I haven't been able to find it! Thanks!

At the top of the page, pick "Book". The box will pop up and it will say dining reservations.

However, I don't think if you are logged in, it will allow you to retrieve them. At least, I have to say I have always logged in to get to them.

When you have them all entered and showing up on the screen, you will see an option to have it e-mailed to you. Enter your address and you will get the entire updated list e-mailed to you. You know after I said scratch that... I went back in and tried to enter the ressies I had under multiple ressies and I got one copy with all my final ressies on it too!

I also loaded the ressie number in my calendar on my phone as well just in case.

Thank you! I have been trying for two weeks to get mine to come up and it was under our cell number. I forgot it wanted a number while at Disney!
