pulling up a CRT conf#

Hi everyone! We were lucky enough to be able to get a CRT reservation for our honeymoon and for some reason when I try to pull the confirmation up online I get a response "confirmation can not be retrieved...blah blah blah" all my other conf #'s work fine. if i try changing two of the numbers it says "invalid conf. #" so i guess what i'm asking is... is this normal? they don't let you pull up CRT conf. online? or is anyone else having this problem? i just wanted to email myself the official confirmation so I can print it out and have it with me!

I just pulled my CRT reservation up with no problem.

Did you book it online or on the phone? I think I heard someone say you can't pull up reservations online that you made on the phone, but I'm not sure of that.

We booked it over the phone but we booked everything on the phone and that's the only one that wont work.

Just pulled up mine as well. You can pull up reservations you made over the phone with your confirmation number. If you made this reservation seperately from your others, it's possible it's associated with a different phone number, or possibly some digits of your phone number were transposed.

You'll probably have to call at this point to verify it.

I called and the wonderful CM, Fatima, was able to help me out. You were right they misplaced a 9 in my phone number. She said that was the number that was on our DVC reservation too so I should probably check that out while I'm at it. It's just so wierd b/c all my other reservations pulled up just fine!
