Pulling hair out trying to decide on day...please help!

Will be in Orlando for 9 days from May 16th (half day) thru May 24th. Will be going to WDW majority of days but will also be going to US/IOA for two days and Seaworld for one day.
I have been reading all the posts for all the parks trying to figure out which days to go to which parks and am seriously starting to pull my hair out over it.
I need some advise on our IOA/US days please. We haven't been to the parks for many years. I have checked the cost of express passes to try to gauge how busy the parks will be and it looks as though Mon, Tues, Wed of each week is predicted for lowest crowds according to express pass pricing but after reading alot of the recent posts, have noticed that Mondays have been higher crowds with Sundays being less crowded.
For all you experts out there, what would be your recommendations? Would Tues/Wed be good choices? I haven't found much about recent crowd levels on Tues and Wed's.

I think Monday is a great day to go.I am a local resident in Orlando as well as a Disney and Universal Travel agent.Anything but a weekend.Go to the Harry Potter early and do that first.

All due respect, but most reports here are that Mondays tend to be crowded. I'd go Tuesday and/or Wednesday myself.

For all you experts out there, what would be your recommendations? Would Tues/Wed be good choices? I haven't found much about recent crowd levels on Tues and Wed's.

I would stick with Tuesday-Thursday and definitely stay away from Friday/Saturday.
