Puggymom's first pre trip report

Wow, what an exciting few days, cheap, well cheaper, rental car and becoming a foster mom to Fritzie the croc. My blonde little head is spinning at all the excitement.

I believe day 7 may find me at Busch Gardens. I went to the one in Williamsburg and enjoyed it, well look what I have in NJ, Great Adventure:scared: Dorney's is ok, but zero theming. I do love coasters and BGT looks to have some great ones. If I don't go this trip it may be 2 years before I have a chance to go again. See, my next trip is an Adventures By Disney tour, Quest for the West. After that my next WDW will probably be a long weekend type in the winter or possibly spring and my next full week trip I should have my wonderful goddaughter with me, probably end of August 2008.

So Day 7, I will stuff myself with another large breakfast, not sure where yet, fill my refillable mug, and head to I4 towards Tampa.

I really hope we spot each other in the MK - I would love a picture with Fritzie!

Day eight plans will be spent at Epcot. I just love  the Epcot resorts and the convienence to Epcot. I actually will not have a big breakfast today. My plan is to hit my favorites in Future World (Soarin, TT, MS, SSE, new Nemo ride) and then lunch at Le Cellier (ADR for 11:30, hence the reason for not having a big breakfast), a.k.a. my last meal. See, as soon as I am done with lunch it is off to get my car at the BC and go straight to the airport. I have an afternoon flight back to the land of the Sopranos.:sad1:

Wow, I am so psyched I am under the 4 week mark now:cool1:

Some other trip planning that I am doing is breaking in the crocs. See I still think they are the butt ugliest shoe, but I broke down and got myself a pair of Beaches about a month ago. I wear them when walking the pugs with socks as it is too cold to go sockless in NJ still. But I can't imagine wearing socks with crocs when in shorts, so when I am on the treadmill I am going sockless. That's right I am wearing crocs on the treadmill.

I do like the looks of the cleos and patras, but can't find a place to try them on. See I smashed my right foot a few years ago and have a lovely titanium plate and pins holding my 5th metarsal together. I really need to try shoes on before purchase as my right foot swells easliy, though it is not painful.

WOOHOO:cool1: Great Hotels Yand BC is on now...

See ya

I see nothing wrong with that! But then again, I wear Crocs all the time!

I understand completely! I also have to try shoes on first - my left foot is still swollen from January's surgery - the Cleo's are great, except they squeeze my left toes together just a tad - I need to try bandaging those last couple toes and see if that helps. And it actually hurts worse when I sit than when I'm walking in the Cleos. :confused3

Just let me know what time you plan on riding, I am very flexible, just have that 8:05 ADR. We can compare war stories about our feet:lmao:

How about 10:30am outside of PotC? That gives us both time to get there after breakfast without rushing. pirate:

Hey there, I adopted one of the pugs from a pug rescue in Ho-Ho-Kus. Hope you do a review of GF as I plan on staying there next year. I do have LGMH and I have 2 TFW buttons that I am waiting on from Cafe Press, just ordered them Saturday, so hopefully they should be here before I leave. I will have Fritzie for a few days too.

I will have 2 loud children(boys) with 2 strollers that will have LGMHPC attached to them. we also have our focker lanyards. My ds4 knows how to do "the signal" so I hope we spot ya. Let me know how the jet blue thing goes. We always fly continental from ewr but always wondered about jet blue. I HATE to fly(but driving isnt even a remote option for me) so I just stick with what is comfortable for me and that usually CO. We always stay at the GF and it is so great. You and your goddaughter will love it! We just bought a DVC so our oct trip we will be staying at VWL for the 1st time. Sounds like you are going to have a blast. Let the countdown begin!!!Oh and we will have Flora Focker with us...Woo hoo!!

Are the days just flying away for you at this point, too? 19 (well, 18 1/2, but who's counting!) more days - that's only 2 more weekends!!!

OOH, we could have a croc reunion! I love JetBlue and those TV's. What I like about CO is the terminal in NJ has better food choices. COngrats on DVC!

Only 13 more work days, well 12.5 as I already told the boss I am leaving early the day before. I even blocked it off on my outlook calendar so no can schedule a meeting for me!

But who's counting???? :rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2:

I had lunch with my VP today and she was asking when I was leaving and I quickly said 18 days, but it's not like I am counting:rolleyes1 . She just laughs at me since she knows about my obsession. She actually had me help her plan part of honeymoon as she spent part of it at WDW. As soon as she was back, she wanted to know how I did it all. I said that's why I have to keep going back, because I still haven't done it all;) .
