Any suggestions on what to do with frozen puff pastry sheets? I have some in my freezer from when DH made Beef Wellington and I'd like to use them. Thanks! :flower:

I use to fill them with ham and cheese. We also like them with guava and cheese.

Sloppy joe mix is good too. ( drain the meet really good) :teeth:

spinach dip! I love them that way!

Cut them into small circles, put them in muffin tins and do an egg and cheese mixture and bake it in them and have mini quiche!

I'm doing little mini cheeseburgers in them for Christmas eve.

Over individual crocks of soup. I like it over Cream of Tomato. :teeth:

You can cut them in wide strips approx 2" and then take each end roll to the middle so it looks something like Butterfly wings and then roll in coarse sugar. They taste so good with coffee.

Cut them into triangles, put chocolate chips in the middle, and roll them up like croissants. Mmmmmm, pain au chocolat!

Use it to make a baked brie, you just need to buy a small brie cheese, a wheel not a wedge, wrap the cheese, and bake. YUM

I have 2 that I love to make:

Take 1 sheet and lay it out.
On half of it, spread grey pupon mustard (not sure how to spell it) on half of the sheet in a thin layer.
Take finely shredded cheddar cheese and sprinkle over the mustard.
Then take cracked pepper and sprinkle about a 1/4 teaspoon over the cheese.
Take the other half of the pastry puff that you left plain and fold it over the cheese and stuff.
Pinch the sides
Cut into small rectangles
take 1 egg and 1 table spoon of water and mix in bowl
Take that mixture and brush over the tops of the pastry puff.
Bake 350 until they puff up (maybe 10 minutes)

The other one is take 1 cup of freshly chopped spinach and a container of Herb and Garlic spreadable cheese (can get that in the cheese section near the deli at the super markets) and mix well with a little pinch of pepper

Open the pastry puff and cut into into squares
Take the mixture and put in the center of each square.
Take the dough from all side and and pinch togtehr on the top so that the mixture on the inside is not showing at all
Bake at 350 until golden brown. (approx. 10 minutes)
