Puddle Jumpers at TL/BB?

Does anyone here know firsthand if they allow young children to wear Puddle Jumper flotation devices (http://www.stearnsflotation.com/Puddle-Jumperreg-Deluxe-Kids-Life-Jacket-Elephant-P56.aspx#.U9_WwZK9KK0) at TL/BB? I'm finding contradicting answers on Google. Thanks!
