Public Diaper Dumping: A New Trend?

I have seen some left in parking lots. That is just totally disgusting. I just cant even imagine doing that. Its gross

We were at Clearwater Beach Sunday. A mom gave the used diaper to her older son, presumably for him to throw away, but he just dropped it on the beach. No follow up from the mom. Thanks a lot kid. Really helped us enjoy the snow white sand, the beautiful water, and the stinky diapers!!!

I've seen it happen too, so disgusting!!

People who do this kind of thing are low-life pigs.

They should be heavily fined, and law-enforcement should open the diaper (with thickly gloved hands, of course!) and rub the nose of the offender in it and shake their finger at them and loudly say "No No!!" Maybe THAT would prevent them from ever doing it again!!

Ewwww..... I hate steamers, so many out there have no respect for the rest of the population now (seen those before, hope to never see them again but that's impossible isn't it). I have changed many a diaper in my car but I have not nor ever will I be a loaded steamer dumper

Ewww, we vacation here every year (but I'm sure it happens at all the other beaches wether it's been seen by a DIS'er or not but it doesn't make me feel any better. ewwww....
