When we go in November the park hours will be 10a-9p. I would like to see PTN, but don't want to have to stake out a spot hours in adavce, especially with a 2 year old. Is there a place we can see the parade without having to wait a long period of time? What area(s) tend to be less crowded?

Some of this depends on well you want to see the parade? The floats themselves are pretty tall, so you can see them from the back of the viewing areas, but you'll miss the lower to the ground stuff (e.g., the dancers, McQueen, Nemo, etc.). There really aren't any less popular viewing areas for PtN because the parade itself is new and very popular. When I was there in September, guests were still claiming spots as soon as Soundsational ended. Basically, I think you'll still need to devote a lot of time (2 or more hours) if you want a curb/front row spot, but if you're willing to be in the back, you could probably get by with less time.
