PTN dining packages question

Any guesses or actual knowledge of where the PTN dining package viewing locations will be? The website is very vague. Thanks!

The website is vague (other than Carthay will be seated and WCT will be standing), but when I inquired with Guest Services they didn't have any additional information (at this time).

Thanks for your reply. We will be there the first two nights PTN returns. So, I feel like this will likely be “worth it”, but I always hate to be first with a new experience.

oh sugar, I thought it was all seating. I wonder if the PtN dessert package will be seated or standing? I also wonder about timing of the dessert package - do you eat and then they usher you to the viewing area? I did read that the viewing areas are not necessarily out front of the restaurant you are dining at. I wish there were more details!

I got that information from the Paint the Night Dining Package webpage under the "Viewing Areas" section.

• The reserved Paint the Night viewing areas are separate from dining locations.
• Viewing areas for the Wine Country Trattoria Dining Packages are standing only, with accommodations for Guests with disabilities.
• Viewing areas for Carthay Circle Restaurant Dining Packages are seated.

I think the Reception (aka Dessert Package) will be at the same place as the viewing area (Sonoma Terrace; it's the area next to the WCT, where the AP corner has been lately). The event details lists that this one is seated ("Reserved seating in the preferred viewing area (one seat provided for each Reception package purchased)"). My guess is that they'll line the seats along the railing facing out onto the parade route (don't know how many rows deep).
