PTN Changed Already?

Watched the PTN Parade this past Saturday night, for the 3rd time...and it was missing components...

The opening float with Tink and Peter Pan was gone, along with all the fairy performers. The first float was the Monsters float. Then, during the Beauty & the Beast portion, Beast was gone, along with the Lumiere performing artist, etc.

I really hope there was just a temporary issue with those floats that needs to be fixed, and that they'll be back. I loved the fairies in the beginning, and the parade felt awfully short with so many pieces missing.

I'd guess there were technical difficulties. DisneyGeek has photos from Friday, which included the fairies and the opening float with Peter Pan, but he mentioned that Mack the Truck seemed to be having issues. The parades been running since May, so perhaps things are beginning to show some signs of wear and tear and need to be fixed/replaced.

That's good to hear....Mack was fine when we were there on Saturday.

I realize it's been running for a few months, but I'm still surprised it would be having issues already. If this is a parade they plan to show for years to come, they need to figure out how to keep it in top running order.

We noticed that on Saturday too. The music for the Tink float was playing but it was missing. We also assumed that they were having technical difficulties with the float itself. It did seem really strange having that long section of music with no floats or performers.

Thank God!! Our trip is in 1 month! I was getting scared for a moment there!!
