Pteranodon Flyers with one tall and one short kid.

My youngest is 42” and my eldest is 55” which is one inch short of the cutoff for not being allowed on Pteranodon Flyers without a little one. I think by December he will be too tall. Would they let us ride as a family of four, or will just one parent have to go with my youngest while the eldest does something else?

When we went my oldest was too tall, and my youngest was within the limits. I was sad about that, because I wanted to ride it too!! What we ended up doing is letting the two kids go together with my younger child taking the older one along to ride with them. That worked fine, I just didn't get to ride it.
They absolutely would not let the older child ride with me. If anyone wanted to go, they had to have the younger one with them.

Thanks, I think we'll just split up and DH can ride something nearby with my eldest. I don't think my little one will be happy about going through the line without a parent.

Years ago, my darling grandaughter who was small enough, rode me, my husband, her brother, dad,and mom, it is really an enjoyable ride and she was pleased to do it as he felt she was special to be able to ride with all of us.

You can still wait in line with them. You just won't be able to ride. I go through the line with my kids and the tall one rides with the one within the limits and I just go through the exit and wait for them. I'm sad I don't get to ride as much anymore, but at least my tall kid can still ride lol.
