Wow, if the neighbor that you went to backed down and said that he wasn't taking sides cause he didn't know what happen, why did he confront her in the first place.

Barking dogs suck, we used to live by some neighbors who dogs barked all the time, I mean he would wake the baby up and it was after I had finally gotten her to sleep after being sleep deprived myself. We contacted animal control and they came out and ticketed them for a public nuisance? It was really bad, they had left for the week and I guess the other neighbors were tired too, because when I went to put a note on their door that their dogs had been barking non stop, they had like 10 other notes saying the same thing and one person left them a note on a Zoloft note pad, If that didn't get their attention, I am not sure what would have. I am almost certain that the same person who left that zoloft note, was the one who shot at their dogs with a BB gun

I agree with everyone else, don't say a word the next time, if you can and feel like it would protect you, I say get it on film and have it for your protection in case you are framed

That's what I was thinking, too! OP - next time, make sure you have your cell phone on hand and take a little video - audio, too!

Then the neighbour can see what's going on for himself.

If you speak to him again, you might also suggest that he install a camera on his front yard.

Honestly, we thought our dog never barked, because she never does when we're home. Not even when people ring the doorbell! But when we go out, she barks nonstop. We'd never have known if we hadn't come from around the corner once and heard her. She always shuts up when she hears our car or our voices. We shut our windows now, so she can't bother anyone.

It was not done by someone who worked at a pharmacy or doctors office or as a sales rep, the person who left the note was the one spotted leaving the home with bb gun, I only said fairly certain, because I did not witness the dogs being shot with it, Besides, we all knew it was him since that was his "calling card" for all barking dogs in the neighborhood
