Hi DizzylandDeb ...as the trips dates end I have been removing them...
We are back from a great time too...It is so hard to leave the magic of Disney...and getting back to a everyday routine...wishing I was back in the green ..JC

Does anybody know why Disneyland's hours are shorter during that week? And will that make a difference in crowds?

6 more days for us but I was just looking at the schedul and after labour day Haunted Mansion is now closed. That just sucks it's a great place to cool off on a really hot day oh well we will have to settle for Splash Mountain I guess

We were there 8/ 10-15 and the mornings at DL had light crowds...by the afternoon the crowds would build...but not as crowded as past years...we were able to do a lot of rides in the mornings at DL...then we would go back in the evenings or cross over to CA were the crowd were light in my opinion...jc

We are going 8/22-8/26. It'll be just me & 2 kids this time & we're staying at the DLH! So, of course, we'll be cooling off at the pool! I'm also going to a couple of product releases, too.

We had the same experience. I made the comment several times to my DW that the crowds were much lighter than I had anticipated on.

We will be there next week! Business trip and will fit in at least one day. It has been almost 30 years since I was there.
