Try this number .. it's for their spanish desk. 1-888-870-9173....the person I just spoke to didn't even speak spanish. Just press one when they pick up.. wait 20 seconds and dial your area code and phone number. I just called and I was only on hold for about 3 minutes and yes these CMs are bilingual. I was able to get my brother a discounted room for POR.

If the CM answers in spanish.. just start talking to them in english and they will start talking to you back in english too!!

I just got through on this # in literally two seconds....the CM did speak Spanish when she answered and I played dumb and said I didn't know how I got through to the spanish area and did she speak english and she said yes of course and is helping me right now!! Wish me luck....

I did that then I hit 2 a few times and got music.....good luck

WOW, this worked!!! I don't know what the mesage said but after 30 sec I am talking to a CM!!!

As soon as you hear them pick up wait 2 seconds and press 1 and then wait 10-20 seconds and press your zip code followed by your phone number. I have already called twice this morning the second time I got a different prompt , after adding the area code and phone numbers ,then it will ask you 2 questions, just press 1, wait about 8 seconds and press 1 again. If you mess up you will get a CM at the end anyway, good luck!!
