Edit : When I posted this early today , I did not hear any word of the public offer :)

If you have Tickets At Work available to you , just got this email from them :

3 day 1 park and 3 day parhoppers both available.
Usually Northern California is never included in offers so this is amazing. I may have to plan another trip already..

Does anyone know if we can apply our current parkhoppers to this instead?

I am willing to drive over to do it at the ticket booths, but I don’t want to pay $10 to park at DD and then have it not work…

If you are going to drive over and check park at garden walk. First hour is free and it’s $3/hour each hour after. You have to be there for 4+ hours to hit the cost of parking at DTD with some kind of validation.

I was told they’re not doing ANY modifications currently as of last week but let us know if you do better. I want to add a day to my current tickets

Thanks for the tip!

Wondering the same! I know reading in this forum at least one person has been able to upgrade by calling and basically getting their tickets refunded while purchasing their desired higher-priced ticket. I just bought two new one-day park hoppers so would love to pay just a little more and upgrade using the CA Resident offer!

New question: if I just buy this deal, can I apply the cost of my current parkhoppers to some future ticket (or “membership” purchase)?

This was my plan if for some reason I didn't use my new parkhoppers. My understanding has always been you can apply the cost of unused tickets to a new purchase. (Just can't get back any money.) However, I'm calling right now to see if that's possible with the CA Resident offer or if not, confirm I can apply the PH cost to a future ticket/pass/membership purchase. Will update here once I find out!

Appreciate it! I’m on the phone on hold with my insurance, so I can’t call myself at the moment!

Just a warning, tickets at work seems much cheaper than buying direct from Disney, but they add a $17 BS fee making it just $5 cheaper than going direct. The secret agent frog is selling them for $15 under Disney.

Rats! Tickets expire 9/30/21. I won't be able to go before then. Oh well, it is what it is.

I’m going to go to the ticket booths today to ask if I can apply our tickets that we used today (we are here now). I’ll also ask about your situation and report back!

I'll be curious to see what they say at the ticket booth! I finally got through over the phone and was told that they are not allowing upgrades of previously purchased tix to the new CA Resident offer. Additionally, all exchanges/upgrades are halted period--even if you go in person to the booth. According to the supervisor I spoke with, even if I wanted to change my 1-day Parkhopper to a 3-day one, it supposedly wouldn't be possible.

aw shucks! I just bought two 3-day tickets yesterday! 😬

So try using the chat feature in the DL app , I was able to get a refund last week on a 1 day parkhopper since I wanted to buy a 2 day parkhopper for this weekend. Of course today this releases haha. But basically they quoted me as a one time courtesy since I wanted to buy new tickets they would allow it. They sent a secure link to fill out the ticket info, and I got my refund today.

Heh, they're panicking over the parks being a ghost town without AP's. Sorry but the cost of one-day tickets and the stress of virtual queues is just not worth it. Hopefully they soon accept the reality that (at these one-day prices) they need AP's if they want to get attendance back up.
