PS with Free Dining??

Do you need to mention that you have the free dining package when you make your PS, or just when you get to the resturant??

Is there some kinds of Number you need to give?
Do you need to pay in ADVANCE(for Hoop dee) anyways?
Do you need to give CC info?

I didn't have to give them anything but my trip reservation number or home phone number except for CRT, for that they got my CC info but because we're staying on site they will not charge my CC.
