PS with 16 month old?

I still have about a month untill I make my PS's but I was wondering how do I make a PS for the 5 of us and not get charged for the 16 month old. Like at CRT for example, don't they charge your card for each person? Sorry I am knew at this. I am sure someone here has come across this. Any info would be greatly appreciated. TIA

When they ask the number of people in your group, tell them the total number, but that one of them will be only 16 months old. Once they know that, they will not charge you for that child.
