PS Times? How do I find out?

Would someone please guide me in the right direction?

I start making my PSing tomorrow and am trying to find out what times the resturants make PSing for.

Example... I know I want 1900 Park Fair for dinner but what are their dinner times?

Also, CRT... what is the earliest and latest PS? I have the Family Magic Tour reserved for 9:45 am...

there are other ones including the Fantasmic Dinner Package but I'm hoping there is a site I can look at instead of asking each individual one.

However, not all the menus list the times - is there some place else to look?
